lead finder · inside the AI plugin
Find the clients
whose sites are broken.
Tell your AI what kind of businesses you want and where, once. After that, one command brings back local businesses with a real, quoted website problem, an email from their own site, and the pw/templates design that would fix it.

how it works
Set it up once. Then it's one command.
Answer a few questions
What businesses (any type, in your words), where, what counts as a lead, how many per run, and whether you want cold email drafts. Saved to your account.
Say find leads
Your AI searches town by town, screens every firm's site from a US server, then opens the promising ones and confirms the flaw itself. No directories, no chains, no repeats.
Pitch with a design ready
Each lead comes with a matching pw/templates design. Ask for a mockup with the business's real details, or for drafts that point at the one thing on their site that's wrong.
what you get
One real problem per lead, quoted, not guessed.

- Harlan & Pryce Law OfficeMillbrook, Ohio · family law and estate planning · independent
- flaw
- Hero photo and team photo fail to load; no mobile layoutstrongQuoted from the live homepage, checked during the search
- contact
- [email protected]Printed on their own contact page. Never guessed, never from a directory.
- why it's a lead
- 30-year local firm whose homepage is mostly empty boxes on a phone
- matching design
- law-firm 03 · Marble and InkTraditional, established feel. Free rank, ready to adapt.

- not contactedTrack contacted, replied, meeting, won or lost as you go
the site checker
It looks for what a visitor would actually notice.
Clearly wrong
- Broken or missing images
- No HTTPS, so browsers say "Not secure"
- No mobile layout
- Leftover placeholder text or visible error messages
- Public visitor counters and 1990s-era markup
Small details
- An old copyright year in the footer
- A free website builder's credit left in place
- Opens on http when a secure version exists
Not counted as flaws: dropdown menus, buttons that open a popup, images that load a moment late, and sites that block visitors from your country. Sites are checked from a US server, so a country block never looks like a broken site.

questions
Which apps does it work in?
Anywhere the pw/templates plugin works: Claude (web, desktop, Claude Code), ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code. The search uses your AI app's own web search. In Claude Code, the /find-leads command walks through it for you. Setup steps.
Does it send emails for me?
No. It can write drafts if you turn that on, and save them to a connected Gmail or Outlook as drafts. Nothing is ever sent without you.
What does pw/templates store?
Your settings, the website domains of leads you've been given (so they never repeat), the towns you've searched, and the status you set. Never the businesses' emails or names. Details in the privacy policy.
Which businesses work best?
Independent firms in small and mid-size towns: solo lawyers, local CPAs, used car dealers, auto shops and small brokerages often still run 2000s-era sites. Dental practices mostly have modern sites already, so expect fewer leads there.
