$ pw prompt 01
You are a senior brand and web designer. Before any code is written, create the design system for this client's website and save it as DESIGN.md in the project root. Every later page must follow it.

THE CLIENT
- Business: {{BUSINESS_NAME}}, {{WHAT_THEY_DO_IN_ONE_SENTENCE}}, in {{CITY_OR_REGION}}
- Who visits the site: {{WHO_THE_CUSTOMERS_ARE}}, usually on {{PHONE_OR_DESKTOP}}, at the moment they are {{WHAT_THEY_ARE_TRYING_TO_DECIDE}}
- The one action we want: {{PRIMARY_ACTION, e.g. book a call}}
- What makes them different (real facts only): {{2-4_DIFFERENTIATORS}}
- Personality in three words: {{THREE_WORDS}}
- Existing brand assets to respect, if any: {{LOGO_COLORS_FONTS_OR_NONE}}

STEP 1: GROUND IT IN THE SUBJECT
List 8-10 materials, objects, documents, places and words that belong to this business's real world (for a bakery: flour sacks, order slips, chalk, proofing baskets). Pick ONE of them as the organising idea of the site. The layout itself should express it, not just decorate it.

STEP 2: COMMIT TO ONE AESTHETIC
Choose exactly one direction (for example Swiss editorial, warm print catalogue, quiet luxury, technical documentation, magazine feature). One, not a blend. Write two sentences on why it fits these customers.

STEP 3: WRITE THE TOKENS
Output a single :root CSS block with: --bg, --surface, --ink, --muted, --accent, --accent-ink, --line, --font-head, --font-body, --radius, --max-width, and a 6-step type scale. Rules:
- One accent colour, used sparingly. Body text must pass WCAG AA on its background (state the contrast ratio).
- Two font families maximum from Google Fonts, clearly different from each other. Never Inter, Roboto, Arial, Open Sans, Montserrat or system-ui as the primary face. Body weight 400 or heavier, line length under 75 characters.
- No purple-to-blue gradients, no abstract blobs, no glassmorphism unless it is the chosen aesthetic.

STEP 4: MOTION BUDGET
Allow at most two motion moments (for example: hero load, primary button hover). Everything else is static. Always include a prefers-reduced-motion fallback that shows all content.

STEP 5: THE BAN LIST
Write 10 things this site must never do, specific to this client's industry: the stock photo every competitor uses, the headline everyone writes, the icon grid, the colour scheme the category defaults to. Then add these general bans: three identical icon cards under the hero, text placed across a photo edge or colour seam, hard offset shadows, giant faint background words, fake "trusted by" logo walls, lorem ipsum.

STEP 6: SELF-AUDIT
Reread your DESIGN.md and answer honestly: "If I removed the business name, could this be any company's site?" List anything still generic and replace it before you finish.

Output DESIGN.md only (no website code yet), then a 5-line summary I can show the client.

Replace every {{FIELD}} with your own details before you paste.
